Due to the fact that it is human hair you may, however we don’t recommend it as this can
dry out the hair or change the desired colour. Remember purple shampoo tends to take all the moisture out the hair. Over use of the shampoo may result into leaving a mucky tone.

Your extensions are customized, cut and coloured to your own natural hair. To avoid any damage to your natural hair. it is recommend to only reuse on yourself and avoid sharing. Your scalp sheds everyday and your hair flows from your blood, avoiding to share keeps a clean hygienic system.

Yes, you can use heat. Do not use everyday though. Also use a light Heat protection. This will help reduce the hair from breaking. Heat over time will dry and cause damage to the hair. It may even dis colour the hair depending on use and care for the hair so try to limit on how much you do use heat and the temperature you use it on.

Our hair extensions are measured in packages of 100 grams. The majority of our hair is super double drawn and therefore will appear thick from root to end but it is important to ensure you purchase enough hair for your hair type. Keep in mind the hair is measured by weight, therefore the longer the hair, the thinner the strands appear. For hair extensions over 28 inches, an extra pack may be sufficient. For blending blunt hair cuts or adding colour accents, an extra pack may also be sufficient.

2 PACKS IS ALWAYS RECOMMEND FOR EXTRA HAIR ON HAND. THAT WILL BE A TOTAL OF 200G. CLIP INS CAN BE 1 PACK (120G).
